Delivery Information

We ship vintage watches worldwide from Ukraine. Every parcel is sent by registered airmail with a tracking number, and each watch is packed with care so the movement and crystal travel safely.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the post.

Delivery estimates

Shipping is handled by the Ukrainian postal service (Ukrposhta) and its partner carriers. Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
• Asia & Australia: 14–30 business days

These are estimates only and can be affected by customs processing, public holidays and local postal delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination country and the actual packed weight — most single watches fall in the $6–$15 range. Shipping is free on orders over $250.

Customs & import duties

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. If you have a preference for how the parcel is declared, let us know before dispatch.
