Returns

Every Soviet Time watch is a genuine vintage timepiece, hand-inspected and tested before it leaves the workshop. We want you to buy with confidence — if something isn’t right, here is exactly how we will make it right.

14-day returns

You may return most watches within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the watch must come back unworn and in the same condition you received it, together with any box, papers, tags and accessories that were included.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@soviet-time.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a short note on why you would like to return the watch.
  2. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.
  3. Pack the watch securely — ideally in its original packaging — and ship it back to us with tracking.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have inspected it, we process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when a watch arrives faulty or not as described — in that case we cover return shipping and, where relevant, refund the original shipping as well. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.

Our mechanical guarantee

These are vintage mechanical watches, often 30–60 years old, and we describe each one honestly. Natural signs of age — light marks, patina and small imperfections — are part of their character and are not considered faults. Even so, every watch is sold in working order. If the movement stops keeping time within 14 days through no fault of your own, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

This guarantee does not cover damage from water, impact, magnetism or over-winding, nor any watch that has been opened or serviced by a third party. A few simple habits keep your watch healthy — please read our Watch Care & Winding guide before your first wind.
