This Pobeda Cal. 2602 mechanical wristwatch was made at the Kuibyshev Maslennikov Factory, better known to collectors as ZIM, in the late 1980s. It is an all-original Soviet men's watch, freshly serviced and ready to wear.

The Look

The cream dial gives this Pobeda a warm, honest vintage character, with clear Arabic numerals and the Pobeda name printed on the dial. Slim black hands keep the layout sharp and easy to read, while the small seconds display adds the classic mechanical rhythm collectors expect from this caliber. The acrylic crystal suits the period and gives the dial a softer, more authentic look than modern mineral glass.

Inside the Case

Inside is the Soviet Cal. 2602, a hand-wound mechanical movement with 15 jewels. It is a simple, durable Soviet caliber and a good fit for a daily-wear vintage watch when properly serviced.
